All sensitive data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or newer. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256 encryption standards.
Our infrastructure is hosted on secure cloud providers with robust physical and network security controls. We employ firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and regular security audits to protect against unauthorized access.
BlockchainPAY is a non-custodial platform. We do not hold your private keys. You retain full control over your assets at all times. We integrate with trusted wallet providers to ensure secure transaction signing.
We implement strict access controls for our internal systems. Access to customer data is limited to authorized personnel who need it to perform their job duties and are bound by confidentiality obligations.
We welcome reports from security researchers. If you believe you have found a vulnerability in our service, please report it to security@blockchainpay.biz. We will investigate and address legitimate issues promptly.
